Dylan Bird is Head of Investment Operations at Consilium, where he is responsible for leading the firm’s operational capability and driving continuous improvement across investment platforms and processes.

Dylan brings a strong background in financial services, with experience spanning New Zealand, Australia, and the UK. He has held roles at Vanguard in both Australia and the UK, where he worked on investment platform operations and contributed to the launch and development of large-scale investment solutions.

Most recently, Dylan worked within the fintech sector, focusing on compliance and operational automation, experience that aligns closely with Consilium’s focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

Originally from Christchurch, Dylan has returned home to bring his global experience to Consilium. He plays a key role in enhancing operational excellence and ensuring advisers have the systems and support they need to deliver great outcomes for their clients.
