My Consilium Wrap — Customer first time login process

The following process is required when logging in to Consilium Wrap for the first time.
Completing these steps will activate your new account.

In summary, the actions detailed below are required to complete the log in process:

  1. Once an account has been created for you, you will receive two emails from Consilium.(noreply@consilium.co.nz).

    — The first email (subject: ‘Welcome to your new Consilium Wrap account’), will contain your User ID.

    — The second email (subject: ‘Your Consilium Wrap password’), will provide you with a temporary link to create a password and log in to the new Consilium Wrap for the first time.

    Note: If you don't see the emails, check your junk folder and move the email to your Inbox.

  2. Once you have successfully logged in, you will be prompted to enter a validation code sent either via mobile or email (if a mobile number is not available). Once this has been completed, you will be directed to your new account.

Note: The system will automatically lock if the incorrect password is entered after five attempts. If this occurs, contact Consilium on 0800 497 272 to unlock your account and send a new password reset link via email.
